Sarasota County

Whether you are looking to take a mini-break in the sunshine or indulge in a week-long road trip, there is so much to see and do in Florida. With its sandy white beaches and laid back vibes, it is easy to see why Florida and its stunning coastline appeals to so many visitors each year. One of these stunning locales is Sarasota County.

Along with the beautiful landscape, shopping, and dining, there are plenty of attractions that will keep you busy.  You might be drawn to the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, the Sarasota Classic Car Museum, the Sarasota Jungle Gardens, or perhaps a sightseeing cruise.

Sarasota is packed with culture and celebrates the arts with festivals throughout the year. There is bound to be something here to appeal to you should you plan to visit (just take the Pirates and Run festival or the Country Music Festival, for example).

If you are looking for lodging in Sarasota, select a location close to the main attractions with modern room amenities to make your stay more convenient. In-room microwaves and refrigerators, high speed Wi-Fi, and a TV with plenty of channels will all make for a more comfortable stay.

Orlando

It is difficult to plan a trip to Florida without considering Orlando. The home of the famous Mickey Mouse, theme parks have certainly put Orlando on the map. Add to this its tropical climate and ease of accessibility with its convenient airports, and it is easy to see why millions of people flood to this destination every year.

With attractions such as Universal Studios and its three parks, Disney World and its six parks, and Legoland and SeaWorld in the same vicinity, there will never be a dull day in Orlando for thrill seekers.

You could choose to stay on the properties affiliated with some of the top attractions in the area, including Disney World or Universal Studios, or check in to one of the many hotels lining International drive. There are plenty of options available in addition to these hotels, I-Drive has lots of top-rated restaurants so you will find it easy to grab a hot meal as soon as you arrive.

Miami

Miami literally has something for everyone. Whether it is the Miami Modernist architecture, the beautiful beaches, or the delicious Cuban cuisine, both adventure and relaxation will greet you during a visit to Miami.

Perfect for a mini break, you can meander around and explore Miami beach, soak up the atmosphere of an evening on the terrace of a local restaurant, or shop in Bricknell until your heart’s content.

Miami has lots of options for your hotel stay as well (many which are located on or near the beach), so choose the district that best suits you when booking. Consider Coconut Grove, Historic Overtown or perhaps Downtown Miami that appeals.

Wherever you might choose to go on your upcoming adventure, a decision to travel to the Sunshine State will never disappoint.
