It’s been said that life is a combination of magic and pasta. They are simultaneous with one another, filling bellies and hearts around the world everyday.

For us, pasta holds a special place in our hearts. It’s what our mothers made us, and what our mother’s mother made them when they needed s little extra comfort after a long day. It’s a staple on nearly every kitchen table and communal dining space across the world in some form or capacity, which is why we were thrilled when we were given the opportunity to partner with DaVinci Pasta.

For DaVinci Pasta, this magic is what drives the brand to produce some of the most quality Italian products in the world. Imported directly from Italy, DaVinci Pasta is prepared using only the finest of traditional ingredients. Customer focus and satisfaction are of utmost importance to the brand – every bundle of pasta shipped ensures quality outcome and a positive culinary experience. It’s not just about creating an affordable, quality product, but more about helping customers to ignite or rediscover a passion for authentic Italian cooking.

To make the pasta even more appealing, nothing makes a meal faster than DaVinci. It’s perfect for professionals on the go, or for large families with hungry (and impatient) mouths to feed. Pair with your favorite meat, poultry, veggies, or sauces for an easy meal that makes a lot in a small amount of time.

We were lucky enough to experiment with DaVinci’s Angel Hair pasta, which has a long, thin, and delicate shape that pairs well with light and airy sauces like pesto, vibrant marinara, parmesan olive oil, or lemon butter. Due to its texture, the time used to make this pasta allow for minimal breakage during the cooking process, and takes less than 7 minutes total to cook through to al dente. We chose to spice things up and top it with a rich and hearty Bolognese with summer veggies, which we outline in the recipe below.

But our recipe shouldn’t dull creativity! Feel free to craft up your own creations rich with savory spices, creamy sauces, hearty meats, or fresh seafoods for a satisfying and authentic meal that will be sure to please anyone with a love for authentic Italian dishes.
